1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Free Link Tracker ("the service") at https://www.freelinktracker.net/, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Free Link Tracker lets you submit XML sitemaps, extract their URLs, inspect those URLs against Google Search Console, and optionally submit them to the IndexNow API. The service is provided as a tool for site owners to audit content they own or are authorized to manage.

3. Eligibility and authorized use

You may only inspect or submit URLs for websites you own or for which you have explicit authorization. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the terms of any third-party service you interact with through it, including but not limited to:

• Google APIs Terms of Service
• Google Search Console policies
• IndexNow protocol guidelines

4. Quotas and rate limits

To stay within Google's published quotas, the service enforces a daily cap of 50 URL inspections and a maximum batch size of 20 URLs per inspection run. These limits may change without notice if upstream quotas change. You may not attempt to circumvent these limits.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Inspect or submit URLs for sites you do not own or control.
• Submit spam, malicious, illegal, or infringing content to any indexing service through this tool.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service or the third-party APIs it relies on.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account or session to another party.

6. Google account and OAuth

The service uses your Google OAuth grant to call the Search Console API on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so will immediately stop the service from being able to inspect URLs on your behalf.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any URL submitted through IndexNow will be indexed, that inspection results will be accurate at any given moment, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Indexing decisions remain at the sole discretion of the relevant search engine.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Link Tracker and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including lost rankings, traffic, revenue, or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it is being used in violation of these terms or in a way that puts upstream API access at risk.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
